Terms and Conditions for Use of This Site

Please read this page carefully as your use of this site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time. You should read this page each time you access the site.

Site Operation

We expect that this site will be available to users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we cannot guarantee such availability. We will not be liable for any delay or temporary disruption in access, no matter for how long, due either to technical problems or to circumstances beyond our control. If you need access to our products during such a disruption in access to this site, please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements.

This site is copyrighted. You agree to honor the copyrights in this site. In addition, trademarks, name brands, and copyrights belongs to us or to third parties. Pictures, logos, and brands are properties of their respective owners.

Terms and Condition of Sales (All)

We accept Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and echeck. All ordered will be paid through paypal with the exception of Money Order. Orders will only be placed through our online web store or by phone. All orders placed with RD TECH (phone and internet/web) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on RD TECH webpage. All product, merchandise, and parts shall remain the property of RD TECH until payment is redered in full.
All orders shipped to a California address must pay 7.75% California sales tax. Money order check need to be received in full and cleared from bank before shipping any product(s) out.
RD TECH will notify the customer if there are any errors with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations before processing the order. RD TECH will not be held responsible for errors induced from the web.

Use of Products

Some of the products for sale have been designed for and are intended for off-highway application only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Please contact your local State and City laws regarding illegal products on pollution or safety control vehicles. It is your responsibility to know your State and local laws. Please be a law abiding citizen.

Warrenty

All merchandise sold by RD TECH is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s misuse, abuse, negligence, and mishandling. RD TECH will not be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. We provide no warrenty whatsoever unless otherwise stated.

Data Transmisison

All data transmission between the user and the server are kept confidential. They will only to used to serve the customer in their request.

--Our Free shipping method is only for USPS.
--All other shipping methods will need to be specified by contacting us and you will be charged the additional shipping fees.
--A handling fee may be charged if the shipment needs special attention. (such as huges boxes, special foam boxes, and other non-common shipping)
--Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
--International customers will be responsible for any export or import fees.
-- RD TECH will not ship to a PO box, APO/FPO and other military station.
--RD TECH reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).
--Any shipments sent back to RD TECH because it couldn't be delivered, does not constitute the right to a credit.
--It is the buyers’s responsibility to make all arrangements with RD TECH for the refused shipment.
-- RD TECH does not promote returns and does not provide returns but in the case that we do, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned Items.
-- Selecting another Carrier does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date.
--If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will ship out the correct package when we receive incorrect package (or we will ship out the package if we receive a tracking number for the returned wrong package).
Shipping cost, incurred on your part, will be refunded to you. You must contact us within 24hrs of receipt to make this claim.
--All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly to ensure that the package will not be damaged in transit.
-- Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier.
-- All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. ( Only if you purchased insurance. We encourage the purchase of insurance)
-- Please keep all shipping cartons and packaging for carrier inspection.
-- RD TECH will not initiate any claims with the carrier for any purposes. Claims for missing items or damaged shipments must be made within three working days of receipt.
