Sales / Shipping Policy

Online Purchases

All online order that is refunded is subject to a 3%(of the order)  fee or $5 reversal fee from Paypal which ever is greator.   All sales are final unless noted.  All parts sold on this site is for off road use only.  Over the phone credit card purchases will incur a 3% processing fee.

In Store Purchases

All credit card transaction will incur a 3% processing fee.  All items are for off road use only.  Refunds only available for normally stocked items in new unused condition and unopened.  No refunds available for special orders or electrical parts.  All labor rate carries a 15 day warranty. 

Shipping

--We utilize USPS for all shipping.  Other shippers are available but will need to be specified by contacting us before any item is shipped.  You will be charged the appropriate additional shipping fees.
--A handling fee may be charged if the shipment needs special attention. (such as huges boxes, special foam boxes, driving to the post office  etc)
--Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

--We ship in the continental USA only.  International orders, please email us first as we dont service all areas.
--If International shipping is available, International customers will be responsible for any export or import fees.
-- RD TECH will not ship to a PO box, APO/FPO and other military station.
--RD TECH reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).
--Any shipments sent back to RD TECH because it couldn't be delivered, does not constitute the right to a credit or refund. Second shipment requires additional payment to cover the cost of shipping.
--It is the buyers’s responsibility to make all arrangements with RD TECH for the refused shipment. 
-- Selecting another Carrier does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date.
-- All returns will be in the form of store credit and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
--If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will ship out the correct package when we receive the incorrect package (or we will ship out the package if we receive a tracking number for the returned item). 
--All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly to ensure that the package will not be damaged in transit. 
-- Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. 
-- All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier during that time. ( Only if you purchased insurance)
-- Please keep all shipping cartons and packaging for carrier inspection. 
-- RD TECH will not initiate any claims with the carrier for any purposes. Claims for missing items or damaged shipments must be made within three working days of receipt directly with the shipping company.
